• Responsible over brand management for health & beauty product.
• Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
• Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
• Brand Plan Development - develop a plan that achieves company targets.
• Must be able to work collaboratively with agencies/vendors and internal resources to drive superior market results.
• Program management and execution - manage the brand programs. Owns timeline management, budget, and program analysis and road maps.
• New product development - utilize consumer-driven insights to drive long-term growth of the brands. Translates insights into profitable product innovations.
• Develops selling proposition and sufficient launch support plans to retail.
• Market Analysis - provide consumption-based data analysis for the brand. Provide insight and support to the enterprise to better understand market trends and dynamics.
• Identify opportunities in markets where there are unmet needs.
• Conduct competitive strategic analysis, consumer segmentation, and consumer insight development

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
 1. Degree in Marketing or any related fields.
 2. Good command of English.
 3. At least 3 years' experience in Brand Management, New Product Development, Market Strategy Planning in skincare, health care or make up industry or FMCG is preferred.
 4. Very good knowledge in skincare & make up market in Thailand.
 5. Good knowledge with strong passion in beauty and skincare products.
 6. Proactive, Initiative with highly skills in communications.
