The Opportunity
Joining a Leading Integrated Facilities Management Organization
Exciting opportunity to manage Data Center Properties
Island Wide Locations / Office Hours
The Job
Reporting to the Account Manager
Responsible for the management, planning and supervision of preventive maintenance works in the client's premise.
Lead the team in the day-to-day operations work, respond to emergencies and Client's complaints promptly.
Conduct regular meetings to obtain regular feedbacks and to ensure that the site is efficiently and effectively managed.
Implement fire safety program, formulate and conduct fire emergency plans and evacuation procedures.
The Talent
Degree in Electrical Engineering/ Mechanical & Air-Conditioning Engineering/ Building Services/ Facilities Management or its equivalent
Possess at least 8 years of relevant experience in managing data centre facilities or in a similar environment
Possess valid SCDF Fire Safety Manager (FSM)/ bizSAFE Level 2/ WSQ Implement Incident Management Processes
