Business Analyst (oracle netsuite) - hybridCDG

Responsibility:
 
· Plan work and resources for ERP implementation for user organizations, both for those who have never used ERP before or for implementing additional modules. 
Analyze business requirements of users and design ERP configuration, including customization to meet user needs. 
Evaluate and provide recommendations on which business processes should use standard configuration or be customized. 
Prepare Business Requirement documents that outline what needs to be done and the expected outcomes. 
Assign tasks to the team, as well as monitor and provide guidance to the team, both in business and technical aspects of configuring and customizing ERP. 
Manage Testing and User Training to ensure the system can be used effectively.  
Have in-depth knowledge of at least one ERP brand, with knowledge at least in finance and accounting modules.Special consideration will be given to those familiar with Oracle NetSuite.  
Have at least 2 years of experience in end-to-end ERP implementation. 
Qualification:
 
· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer, IT or related fields. 
· Experience in analyst design and gathering requirement from users.  
· Having experience in Responsive Web Design and designing Native Mobile Application should be advantage. 
· Experience Computer language Programming C#, VB.Net and/Or Java, (My SQL, SQL Server, Crystal Report,etc.) 
· At least 2 years' experience in system analysis and design.
