NTBX is hiring a Business Analyst!!!!!!
We are looking for young and enthusiastic candidates who love to challenge themselves and are interested in making their career in developing digital products, especially financial products. As a business analyst, you will get to know the whole process of product development in every aspect, as you are the one who understands both business needs and system development. Your main task is to gather business requirements from stakeholders, prepare and analyze business scenarios, communicate with the development team, as well as control the scope of the project in order to meet the project timeline. Other than that, you will need to create strategic product visions, maintain product backlogs, and effectively communicate with different people from different departments across the company.
However, having no direct experience with this role or any related job is fine as long as you have an eagerness to learn and are able to prove your analytical thinking skills. Therefore, fresh graduates and job switchers are welcome.

Responsibilities:
Together with senior analysts and product owners, this role has to lead product innovation in a broad range of business areas by owning the vision and roadmap and to define goals and performance indicators for the covered area.
Write detailed user stories in consultation with UX designers, engineers
Prioritize tasks, requirements, and innovations in the backlog to achieve business goals
Communicate your requirements and visions with stakeholders across the organization
Inspire and drive a sprint team of software engineers and often data representatives (engineer and scientist) to execute the roadmap
Key qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above in business administration, finance, engineering, or any related field
0-2 years of working experience in business development, business analyst
Fresh graduates and job switchers are also welcome
Have financial background
Strong critical thinking, hands-on execution, problem-solving
Have soft skills include negotiation, active listening, and presentation skills
SQL knowledge or/and background in the financial service industry is a plus
