Project Management and Solution Development and Business Solutions
Responsibilities:
Gather requirements from clients and look for opportunities and success factors of executing IT solution development/adoption.
Ability to effectively interact with associates and clients at all levels and also to manage multiple activities, simultaneously, and achieving excellent results.
Work with subject-matter expert to suggest best-fit solution.
Work with technical team to design, Plan and Execute solution development including documentation.
Coordinate with team members from within the team and cross-functions.
Coordinate with 3rd party consultants during the project.
Keep up to date on latest technologies related to the current IT platforms, mobile technology and portal platforms in the market.
Analytical and logical thinking to make decisions and solve problems in any situations.
Developing the business process mapping, work flow, process flow and high-level diagrams.
Coordinating with key stakeholders on test script preparation, UAT, training and go live readiness checking.
Preparing and monitoring project plan, key deliverable.
Improving services, process and customer experience to meet customers' needs and satisfaction. 
Qualifications:
Thai Nationality.
Bachelor or Master Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineer, MIS, Marketing or other related fields.
1-5 years experience in business analysis, program/project management or a related field. (full-cycle project experience is a plus)
Possess good analytical and problem solving skills.
Good team player with self-motivation and good personality.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong Communication and Presentation skills.
Able to communicate in English.
Experience in one of the following platforms: Salesforce.com, Mobile Application, Web Application will be advantage.
