Business Analyst
Due to strong growth and a rapidly expanding of our company and the group, we are a start-up that seek for highly talented, dynamic and technical member to join our exceptional team. This opportunity would suit an individual who is keen to work with the latest technologies, methodologies and frameworks.
You'll be responsible for:
• Get to know the whole business process and current software system, understand and uncover business needs.
• Gather business requirements from stakeholders, design business flows, and control the scope of the project in order to meet the project timeline.
• Write user stories, business flow, prioritize deliverables and backlogs in consultation with agile group of UX designers and software engineers.
• Role play and quick whiteboard/paper sketch is what you'll do for developers all the time :)
• Create strategic product visions and effectively communicate with different people from different departments across the organization.
We're looking for:
• At least 3 years of experience in in business development, business analyst or project management. Experienced in software development is a plus.
• Excellent logical, analytical, and problem-solving skill.
• Familiar with business flow and diagrams e.g. flow chart, BPMN, Gantt chart.
• Able to manage time, prioritize and negotiate software deliverables per agile methodology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good personality and interpersonal skill.
• Basic English is required.
• Enjoy working in agile environment.
• Proactive, and good attitude.
