Responsibilities:
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
Gathering and performing requirements analysis.
Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Developing and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
Effectively communicate project expectations to project team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
Keeping clients and management informed of the status of the product.
Performing requirements analysis and user acceptance testing.
Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, MBA or related field.
A minimum of 3 years experience in Business Analyst or a related field.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Excellent documentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong organization, prioritization and time management skills.
Strong presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
Understanding of capital market, financial product (e.g., Stock, Mutual Fund).
Experience with additional analytical/database software/language is a plus (e.g., MS Access, SQL, ACL).
