About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Associate to join our team and work on all aspects of customer acquisition.  Oakra builds the most sophisticated tools for brands to sell online, offline, and anywhere their customers shop.  We offer a suite of business process tools that help brands manage thousands of products across a variety of channels.  Businesses use our omni-channel platform as their daily command center. From product listings, stock management, to warehouse and shipping, merchants can do it all with Oakra.
You will develop and manage relationships with customers and work closely with our CEO and COO to identify, target, interact with, and onboard large established e-commerce sellers and brands.
Key Job Responsibilities
Serve as the 'face of Oakra' and primary point of contact for e-commerce executives and key stakeholders at each target account
Direct B2B software sales to enterprises and large retail brands (Brand and e-Commerce Managers, Distributors, Retailers)
Demo the Product/Solution: Introduction to Oakra's SaaS platform, explanation of technical and functional capabilities, consult on a strategic and business level for best practices
Follow-up calls, sales updates, proposal generation, pricing negotiation, contract signing, on-boarding and account management
Own long-term customer success by providing detailed customer feedback, including a deep understanding their e-commerce workflow, software feature requests, and competitive dynamics
Create presentations and marketing materials; update the management team on weekly progress
Conduct regular reviews with customers to ensure their needs are being met
Identify and anticipate additional opportunities for improvements or new services with existing clients
Assure consistent sales growth and achievement of sales goals and targets by identifying potential opportunities
Who We are Looking For
2-3+ years experience in sales / marketing of SaaS ERP or CRM software preferred; Previous experience in online sales / merchandizing is a plus
Exceptional communications skills both in Thai (native fluency) and English (professional proficiency)
Possess the technical ability to explain and communicate the benefits of Cloud/SaaS Solutions, Integrations, Retail, Omni-Channel and e-Commerce Data Workflows
Ability to think strategically on how to acquire new sellers
Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and stakeholders and can present over the phone and in-person
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple conversations across LINE, Facebook, email, phone, etc.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships with new clients quickly
Can quickly learn new software tools (experience using CRM sales software is a plus)
Previous experience in online sales / merchandizing is a plus
