Role and Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain monitoring dashboards that are user-friendly, up-to-date, and aligned with stakeholder requirements.
Visualize data and perform in-depth analysis to support decision-making and insight interpretation.
Automate and deliver accurate regulatory reports in compliance with industry standards and timelines.
Design and deploy datamarts with optimal data pipeline integration to consolidate and structure data based on business requirements
Communicate with business to translate business challenge into actionable analytical solution.
Reconcile data from multiple sources and validate data for improving data quality
Qualifications
0 to 3 years of professional experience as a Business Intelligence/Data Analyst
Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL for large-scale data processing.
Good understanding and hand-on experience in building dashboard (Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, or similar tools), performing data analysis, and deploying datamart.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with cross-functional team
Preferred Skills
Solid understanding of financial industry
Comprehensive knowledge of advanced statistical methods
Exceptional coding skills or a background in software development
Ability to articulate complex concepts effectively to a non-technical audience
Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
