- Provide repair guide, troubleshooting, installations, and product training for CE product (Air-Cond, Washers, Refegerator, and other home appliances)
- Monitor and control KPI, order pending, repair process of CE product
- Work closely with the CE service supplier and technical engineer;
- Managing, Supporting, Improving the CE service operation, proces, and policy
- Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective action.
- Coordination with HQ and team for the product lanunching, repair guidlines, annoucement, and product quality issue.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
Bachelor degree or above with engineering, sciences, business, or related feild
2-5 years with Technical Support, customer service, service center management experience, or other related experience
Age under 35 years old
Methods, techniques, parts, tools, and materials used in the maintenance and repair of consumer electronics product
Abel to have the on-site to customer home with service center enginner (1-2 times a week)
Good in communication, presentation, training, and interpersonal skill.
Excellent problem solving abilities and aptitude to understand and explain technical information.
