Key Responsibilities:
1.Define and implement the long-term technology visionaligned with the company's goals
2.Lead and organize the engineering team including Web,Mobile, Backend, and Infrastructure
3.Oversee architectural decisions, development processes,and technology stack optimization
4.Introduce and implement AI and cloud-based innovations toenhance system capability
5.Establish coding standards, security protocols, andquality benchmarks for all development
6.Collaborate closely with the CEO and executive team onproduct strategy and business direction
7.Manage technical roadmap, project prioritization, and teamstructure development
8.Monitor and control technology budgets and resourceallocation efficiently
Qualifications:
1. Five years of experience insoftware engineering or technology leadership roles
2. Strong technical expertisein .NET Core, SQL (PostgreSQL and SQL Server), Cloud Infrastructure, and DevOps
3. Proven experience inleading and scaling technical teams
4. Solid understanding ofsystem architecture, performance optimization, and scalability
5. Strategic thinker withstrong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
6. Experience with SaaSplatforms or EdTech systems is a strong plus
7. Passionate about buildingimpactful technology that improves education
