• การฝึกอบรมทั้งทางเทคนิค การฝึกอบรมทาง e-learning (Training by Degreed) • ท่องเที่ยวประจาปีในประเทศหรือต่างประเทศแล้วแต่ผลประกอบการ ตามเงื่อนไขของบริษัท (Company Trip) • ค่าที่พัก และเบี้ยเลี้ยงในกรณีเดินทางไป Site ต่างจังหวัด ต่างประเทศ (Engineer benefit for upcountry and aboard traveling) • กิจกรรมแจกรางวัลปีใหม่ (New year party and gift)etc. • ค่าอาหาร: เบี้ยเลี้ยงอาหารกลางวัน 40 บาท/วันทํางาน, หากทํางานล่วงเวลา จะมีค่าอาหารเย็น/40 บาท/ต่อครั้ง อค่าอาหารในช่วงกะกลางคืนใช้อัตราเดียวกัน หากบริษัทจัดอาหารให้ จะไม่มีค่าอาหารในวันนั้น • ค่าเดินทาง:40 บาท /ต่อวันทํางาน • ค่าที่พัก: 40 บาท/ ต่อวันทํางาน • ค่าเบี้ยเลี้ยงกะกลางคืน: 40 บาท/ต่อครั้ง • เบี้ยขยันตามเงี่อนไขการมาทํางาน: คํานวณตามจํานวนเดือนที่ทํางานครบ ไม่ขาดลามาสาย 500 บาท /ต่อเดือน หากลาด้วยเหตุผลส่วนตัวใดใดก็ตาม เบี้ยขยันจะถูกยกเลิก และเริ่มคํานวณใหม่ในเดือนถัดไปอื่นๆ หมายเหตุ สวัสดิการเบี้ยเลี้ยงอื่นอาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงจากที่กําหนดสําหรับตําแหน่งพิเศษ เช่น เบี้ยเลี้ยงที่พัก, เบี้ยเลี้ยงทักษะ เบี้ยเลี้ยงภาษา ขึ้นอยู่กับผลการสัมภาษณ
