Candidate must possess at Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
1 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Less than 1 year experience specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
Have strong visual awareness and an eye for detail
With good computer and presentation skills
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to organize projects and good time management skills
Good in handling problem in the site

Job Role
Advising clients on the practicality of their project
Negotiating with contractors and other professionals
Attending regular meetings with clients, contractors, and other specialists
Coordinating with the of contractors
Making site visits to check on progress
Making sure that the project is running within the agreed time frame
Dealing with problems that might come during the building process
