Responsibilities
Work closely with sales team in regards to technical proposals and pitches to enterprise customers
Attend meetings with sales team in order to support the technical discussion sessions
Put together technical cases (diagram, RFP, and proposals) for the sales teams to support their proposals
Work closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions
Provide consultation to the customers on product best practices and use cases
Ensure that the company's services can meet the customer's requirements
Work closely with customers to understand and gather requirements
Reply to customers following requests for information and proposal requests
Present proposals to customers alongside members of the sales team
Initiate, coordinate, and implement proof-of-concepts with customers
Qualification
Background in software sales as presales engineer roles
At least 1 years of programming experience on at least one of the following stacks:
NodeJS & ReactJS experience
Android App Development
iOS App Development
Architectural knowledge / skill is a plus
Strong verbal and written skill in English language
Ability to explain complex information in simple and clear terms to a non techie
Ability to deal with difficult customers and handle stress
Good analytical and problem solving skills; Critical-thinker with attention to detail
Immaculate writing and communication skills with great attention to customer
Flexible, self-learning, self-motivated, team-player, willing to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
