Job Description
Position Objective:
Subject matter expert who is accountable for the provisioning, onboarding, management, and overseeing the development of cloud services. Works closely with the business and project teams in ensuring cloud services are provided seamlessly and with cloud architecture in the development of cloud governance and processes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Work with AIA group to understand provisioning cloud services processes and build AIA Philam (local BU) process to ensure that projects/teams are able to receive provisioned cloud on-time.
Provide solution estimates for projects on costing, components, and cloud solutions to requesting teams.
Design, plan, management, maintain, and provide support with Philam's cloud computing environment. Work closely with different teams from the group Cloud COE to ensure successful provisioning of cloud when necessary. This also includes being accountable in identifying detailed specifications and creating required documents (i.e. build sheets) needed by group Cloud COE.
Monitor & report the consumption of cloud services, request fulfillment turnaround time, application performance, among other processes.
Support projects and BAU on cloud computing environment from non-production to production.
Work with architects in building cloud strategy and program architecture, contributing best practices on cloud computing
Orchestrate and automate cloud-based platforms and collaborate with the DevSecOps Team in building this.
Identify, analyze, resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues.
Regularly review existing systems and make recommendations for improvements.
Support and work closely with development teams to assist in migration, cutover, and rollback if needed.
Provide training to teams on implementing cloud including but not limited to processes and cloud subjectsGENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:
 3+ years of experience in managing onboarding of new services in the cloud environment - preferably in Azure
3+ years of experience in tools to automatically control installation, configuration and management of cloud computing services.
Willingness and desire to learn new environment and tools and advance your knowledge. Keeps up to data with new research and integrated applications in the area of data science.
Able to work with loosely defined requirements and exercise analytical skills to clarify questions, share methodology/approach, and build/test solutions.
Great interpersonal skills and excellent oral and written communication skills. Able to manage work with internal stakeholders
