Job Summary:
Cloud Center of Excellence (Cloud CoE) adopted the best practices of building the cloud team within the organization. Cloud Leader manages the Cloud CoE team to provide codifying enterprise architecture standards and governance policies as automated, self-service products to enable development teams.
Job Description:
Define the vision, develop strategy and accelerate the adoption of Cloud
• Define Cloud CoE strategy, to drive strategic value and impact to the business
• Provide thought leadership on Cloud transformation and technology trends impacting organization's business
• Define & influence the Cloud CoE governance strategy, architectural guidelines and security standards that align with organization standards
• Ensure implementation based on best practices and defined standards
• Manage team to define strategy and working code for how Cloud CoE will offer and maintain reusable deployment artifacts
Enterprise stakeholder management and deliver value to the organization
• Engage and influence senior leadership across organization to drive adoption of Cloud CoE
• Collaborate and align with internal stakeholders (IT, HR, CxO) on organization's Cloud journey
• Communicate and keep the stakeholders updated and informed
Attract & Retain talent internally and/or externally, with outstanding Cloud-based skills and competencies
• Lead Organization Change Management (for team members and stakeholders) to drive the success of Cloud CoE
• Build and develop a cross-function team to deliver cloud products
• Create a highly collaborative culture to enable agile way of working
Qualifications:
• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer, Information Systems, or related fields
• At least 10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Transformation, overseeing complex projects in an enterprise environment
• At least 2 years of experience in Public/Hybrid Cloud is preferred
• Hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure, Application Development, IT Security, especially in modern application on the cloud, mobile application, and agile delivery is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, especially the ability to communicate to senior management and C-Level
