We are currently partnering with one of the leading US MNC in banking services
-
The Job
Responsible for controlling and minimizing the flow through delinquent and terminated dollars of accounts in collections for pre charged off accounts, controlling and increasing Recoveries from all written off accounts
Ensuring and executing all collections activities in conformance to existing company policies and guidelines.
Working in close conjunction with supervisors and team leaders on dunning activities conducted within the respective teams
Ensuring all minimum productivity performance benchmarks are met
Ensuring due diligence are exercised in all dunning activities relating to action turnaround time and follow up action
Ensuring team targets set are met and overall departmental objectives are achieved
Ensuring and containing write offs within or better than Plan numbers for pre write-off portfolio, and to increase recoveries for written-off accounts
Awareness of legal rules and regulations
Relief plan management for pre charge off
Active usage of settlements and instalment plans to maximise recoveries for written off accounts
Requirement
At least prior experience in the banking service
Strong communication and negotiation skills are required
Comfortable managing inbound/outbound calls
Expert level of proficiency in MS Windows, MS Office
Immediate candidates are highly preferred
