Our client, a renown Global Bank, is hiring a Compliance, VP role to join their Private Banking division

The Talent
With more than 10 years of relevant experience, preferably from the Private Banking sector
Significant knowledge and expertise of Compliance laws, rules, regulations, risks and appropriate controls
Experience with and previous exposure to internal or external control functions and regulators
Candidates with immediate or short notice will have an advantage
The Job
Oversee a team of Compliance Professionals
Responsible for establishing internal strategies, policies, procedures, processes, and programs to prevent violations of law, rule, or regulation
Responsible for the design and delivery of a risk management framework that maintains risk levels within the firm's risk appetite and protects the franchise
Provide oversight and guidance over the assessment of complex issues, structures potential solutions and drives effective resolution with other stakeholders
Assist in the development and administration of Compliance training for the assigned business/product/function
Staying abreast of relevant changes to rules/regulations and other industry news including regulatory findings
