Responsibilities:
Working with the client and team to help identify significant business values for the client
Gather business requirement and analyze the current business processes of the client and recommend and develop solutions to meet the clients' needs
Identify client's business issues and marketing challenges, then come up with the solutions to address those challenges.
Proposing a roadmap and implementation plan of specific focused projects to achieve the desired outcomes according to the proposed solutions.
Conducting discovery and solution design workshops with clients and teams to identify client requirements.
Work closely with Project Manager and CRM developers for managing the overall development and delivery
Work with an international environment.
Qualifications:
At least a bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Consultant, System Analyst.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM or newer.
Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English skill
Able to work with the International environment
Contains strong communication skills and ability to analyze business process requirements, prepare and interpret key documents and user manuals, identifying recommendations, and communicating actionable results.
Understand sales and customer service business process will be an advantage
Experience in Telecommunication Industry or work in a consultancy firm will be an advantage
