 Job Summary 
The Chief Technology Officer will be responsible foroverall digital platform product development and architecture for awell-funded, fast growing tech startup related to start up solutions E-commerce.

As the CTO, youwill be in the driver's seat of creating and delivering the strategy for theoverall stability and scalability of company products as the leading player inthe technology ecosystem. To succeed, you need to possess a blend of experiencein scaling up business and leading our tech team.

· Managing and leading dynamic tech team  
Description: 
· Managing the head of product team, head of software engineer,head of security, head of data & AI and managing the software developmentteam across application (Golang, Vue, Cloud computing service), Infrastructure,Microservice structure design, ERP, CRM and etc.  
· Working on the functional and technical aspects of thee-commerce platform  
· Working as a trusted IT business partner - acting as the keyliaison between business, product and IT team (from envisioning the productoffering to IT team delivering the product)  
· Taking full ownership in the design and development, management,implementation and roll out of products  
· Consistently drive the enhancement of the platform to create theoptimal user experience for its consumers.  
· Constantly improve performance of the platform and customer userexperience  
· Driving IT data digitalization initiatives, this includescreating awareness within the business on the long term benefits of technologyinvestment  
· Evaluating latest technology and translating it into tangibletechnology deployment models  
· Work with co-founders to understand the company business strategyand co-create a medium/long term tech roadmap.  
· Drive architectural changes across various systems as necessarythrough design,review, execution, and deployment to ensure success.  
· Lead multiple teams to perform design, code, and process reviewsto improve individual systems as well as engineering wide.  
· Provide guidance to ensure the overall architecture andsolutions are very well designed for the long- term while also driving apragmatic approach to deliver results in phases that are aligned with businessvalue.  
· Ensure optimal application of engineering resources in order tomeet product development and consumer requirements and ensures theimplementation of agile processes.  
· Design the entire solution from ideation and visual designthrough the SDLC, life cycle activities such as extending or updating a system,planning the retirement of a system.  
· Perform reliable integration and implementation system to allproduct stakeholders including merchants, partners, and most customers.  
· Handle incident management, coordinating internal communication& preparing SOPs to management software/product reliability issues.  
· Engage with the engineering team on helping to design, debug,improve, and optimize critical backend services.  
Requirements:  
· Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role  
· Can do attitude and can do team player  
· Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy  
· Understanding of budgets and business-planning  
· Ability to conduct technological analyses and research  
· Excellent communication skills  
· Strong Project Management Skill  
· Leadership and organizational abilities

· Problem-solving aptitude  
· BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; MBAor other relevant graduate degree is a plus  
· Previous experience in a startup environment, or a co-founder ofa technology company considered a bonus
