SUREBRIGHT MANUFACTURING INDUSTRIES INCORPORATED,  is looking for a Customer Sales Executive to join our growing business. 
 
Job Description:
Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate the customer.
Responsible for actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Task with setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.
A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is required. In order to succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills and the ability to perform product presentations in a sales team. Previous experience in a sales related role is a plus.
 
Responsibilities:
Visit, call, email potential clients, introduce promos and other sales opportunities to customers
Performs Product Presentation and Demos to prospective Client then evaluatetheir needs and promote or introduce the value of our products and services. (This requires superior product knowledge).
Delegate client’s queries about our products, prices, availability, delivery schedule, credit terms and other related customers questions about our products and services, Cross-selling products is also encouraged to increase purchase amounts to achieve established sales goals
Prepare/ Generate and submit Quotation /sales contracts to prospective clients and facilitate negotiation to follow through awarding
Providing support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs. Also following up several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met. Return and Exchange process. (after Sales)
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
Obtaining records of deposit and balance payment from clients.
Maintaining record information of clients and their sales order
Monitors/ check the client’s daily delivery order.
Other Related Duties and Responsibility:
Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.
Customer Sales Executive/Team is the public face of the company a professional appearance is a must.
Help determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
Sales team must also assist, promote, and facilitate marketing programs and activities.
Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Recognize opportunities and turn leads to long-lasting partnerships.
Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
Proven Experience in sales strategies.
Proven Experience in customer relationship management.
Proven Experience in field sales
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Fast Learner and Passion for sales and marketing techniques
Aptitude in delivering attractive product presentations
Dedication to providing great customer service.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Preferably Applicants from the Cebu South Areas such as:
Pardo, Bulacao, Talisay, Minglanilla, and Naga.
