Responsibilities:
Data collection, transformation, and aggregation from external and internal sources
Developing dashboards and analytic reports to solve business problems and provide recommendations based on relevant data to clients
Combining data analytics and data visualization techniques to support the team developing analysis report
Identify patterns and actionable insights from data
Summarizing external data to support the recommendations in the insight analysis reports
Conducting and overseeing activities of the junior data analysts, ensuring proper execution of their duties and alignment with business vision and objectives.
Organizing and presenting data in a clear and, concise manner
Construct and enhance analytics framework
Qualifications:
General understanding of business data, data visualization, and storytelling with data
At least 3 years of working experience working in a data department
Familiarity with any BI technology (e.g. Tableau and Power BI)
Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management
General understanding of programming related to ETL or Python is a plus
Passion for big data technology (e.g. Hadoop & Hive, BigQuery, etc.)
Experience in retail domain preferred
Ability to take a leadership role
Ability to present to an executive at a business level
Critical thinking, with analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving expertise
Good command of English
An outgoing personality who has proven to be a good team player
