We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data analysis and a passion for uncovering insights from complex healthcare datasets. You will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting data to support strategic business decisions and drive key initiatives.
You will be a part of product team working closely with CEO/CFO and company top executives.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
Collect, clean, and transform data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and APIs.
Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends and patterns in business strategies.
Build and maintain data dashboards and reports to track of key performance metrics and report directly to company's executives.
Develop and maintain insightful reports and presentations for partners and clients.
Identify and communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Develop and maintain data points to identify product key metrics
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI).
Excellent communication with strorytelling skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team with high professionalism.
Passionately curious about data, insight, and its implication in what-if scenarios.
Important: demonstration of growth mindset and passionate for career & self-improvement
Bonus Points
Experience with AWS, databases (MySQL, MongoDB), machine-learning and statistical model, big data technologies
Knowledge and experience of ERP (Microsoft Business Central 365 would be a plus)
Experience working in retail industry
