Responsibilities:
Lead the data and engineering team to perform data analysis tasks and create automation tools.
Develop best practices for data protocols and data-driven decision-making.
Proactively provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve the content, product, and marketing, and other key business performances.
Help departments design, track, and measure the relevant KPIs using data. Evaluate the results to make decisions to change direction, if necessary.
Develop a deep understanding of the growth of ecosystems and user behavior with data to find opportunities that can influence product development and strategy.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.
At least 3 years of data analytics experience.
Proficient in SQL and Python, extracting large sets of data, and design of data processing flows.
Familiarity with development on Google Cloud Platform
Experience in code review and people leadership
Competent with data and trends analysis, statistics, forecasting, and business insights
Experience using data to support important business decisions.
Excellent problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
