Role SummarySupport Data Strategy Team in establishing and aligning customer data strategy to retail bank marketing plans. Establish customer data strategy and work with products to align product positioning. Work closely with other BUs to establish and to validate BU's product and service offerings value propositions to align with brand values.
Role and Responsibilities:Strategy• Help develop a roadmap for data/channel/mobile application initiatives, outlining short- and long-term goals, timelines, and resource requirements.• Conduct internal research and collaborate with business units across the Bank to understand and identify growth initiatives• Conduct market research and analysis to understand competitive landscape and global market trends to assess potential for new data products, services, or monetization strategies that create business value• Communicate findings and updates to stakeholders• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital strategyProject Management• Project Planning and Scope Definition: Assist Head of Data Strategy in defining project objectives, deliverables, and scope based on stakeholder needs.• Stakeholder Management and Communication: Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, including business units, data scientists, analysts, and engineers.• Assist in project delivery and post-project analysisPromote Data Driven Organization• Collaborate with business units to identify and prioritize data use cases that align with strategic goals.• Assess potential for new data products, services, or monetization strategies that create business value• Conduct competitive analyses to benchmark data capabilities against industry standards and identify growth opportunities.• Promote a data-driven culture, encouraging the adoption of data in decision making at all levels.• Help develop and implement data literacy programs to help employees understand and use data effectively.• Act as a data advocate, demonstrating the strategic importance of data and building cross-functional support for data initiatives.
Qualifications :• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Finance or Economics.• Advanced Degree (optional but beneficial): A Master's or MBA with a focus on data science, business analytics, or information management is often preferred for senior roles• More than 2 years of experience in strategy or data-related roles (e.g., data analyst, data engineer, business analyst, technology consultant, strategy consultant).• Communication: Excellent communication skills to articulate strategies and explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders.• Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: Ability to identify data-driven opportunities, solve complex problems, and adapt strategies to changing conditions.• Able to handle a workload under pressure with competing priorities
