Job Brief

If the answer of all the above is a big "Yes" then, we are looking for a Delivery Manager who will join our team and be an integral part of enhancing and developing market-leading Property Management software.
You must be mid to senior-level career personnel who has had experience in Delivery/ Project Management roles, you'll possess strong work habits and will be able to excel in pressure while meeting deadlines. You must have a proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions and have a high degree of understanding of Agile principles and having experience in working collaboratively in a technical team.

Job Responsibilities
Your mission would be to remove obstacles from the product and delivery team to make sure that software is delivered with quality on time.
Fostering Communication: Communicating the relevant information from stakeholders to the team and vice-a-versa
Reporting: Creating and delivering reporting frameworks for team members and management
Meeting Facilitation: Sprint planning, daily scrum/ standups, retrospectives
Blocker Resolution: Working with the team to understand blockers and eventually resolving them
Project Coordination: Coordinate between product teams and stakeholders
Requirement
Minimum 2-3 years as a Project Manager/ Delivery manager in the digital product management team
Scrum Master certification would be an advantage
Experience with agile methods in digital product development
Curious, creative and persistent
Strong collaborative leader, team player
Strong analytical ability
Capacity to communicate efficiently with developers, designers, quality assurance and business stakeholders
Empathy and passion for solving customer's problems
Good in English
