Education: Desirable degree in Project Management or HR Management.
Experience:
• Essential previous experience of at least two years required in the field of humanitarian aid with NGOs.
• Work experience in the northern provinces of Thailand desirable.
Languages: Fluent English, Thai necessary. Knowledge of Karen, Karenni, Shan and/or Burmese is highly desirable.
Knowledge: Essential computer literacy (word, excel and internet)
Competencies:
• Strategic vision.
• Leadership.
• People Management.
• Planning.
• Teamwork.
Other requirements:
• Availability to work in irregular working hours especially at the starting stages of an emergency.
• Good representational, political awareness and advocacy skills.
