Summary:
The Technical Team Lead manages the technical aspect of implementation and will be a technical mentor for the RPA team (Dev, QA, Support). Able to flexibility to individually develop / test Automation Solution based on Business Unit and Complexity and Criticality of the Project.
Job Description:
• Own the development lifecycle (Agile development framework) and is responsible for managing technical risks throughout the project
• Communicate and enforces Implementation & coding standards.
• Consistently deliver high-quality services for our clients (internal Business Unit)
• Understand RPA (Blue Prism), OO concepts and consistently applies them in client engagements
• Understand browser / client specific compatibility issues
• Conduct effective performance evaluations and mentors' developers and senior developers include QA and Support through formal and informal channels
• Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions
• Review the status reports of team members and addresses technical issues as appropriate
• Comply with and helps to enforce standard policies and procedures
• Hands-on in core RPA concepts and OOPs Programming
• Provide technical direction for the development, design, and systems solution for client engagement, from Agile implementation process.
• Apply significant knowledge of product and developments to improve service for our automation factory
• Review the work of the development team
• Easily recognize system deficiencies and implements effective solutions
• Keep the Product Owner (PO) well informed of the status of development efforts and serve as liaison between development staff and the Product Owner
• Work and manage Support Team to ensures the RPA System up and running 
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics or related fields
• Skills: Robotic Process Automation Tools
• At least 5 years and up Software Development experience
• At least 3 years and up Management or Supervisory experience
• At least 2 years and up Banking and Payments experience
• Strong communication skills
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Quick learner, looking for new challenges
• Good command of English.
• Willingness and ability to blend business analysis with hands-on configuration of automated processes in the RPA product
