You are/were a full stack developer with practical frontend/backend experience with Javascript - to be more specific; skillful in React.js and Node.js is critical.
A good understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
Have experience in microservice architecture design.
An understanding of the need to be flexible - to tailor your approach depending on who you're working with, to see the opportunity when things aren't perfect, to enable teams to deliver remarkable work by wearing these different hats.
You possess good judgement in any decision making.
Able to do budget / resource planning / capacity planning is a plus.
Experience leading the fast-paced development team is a plus.

Able to collaborate with business teams and non-technical users.
Able to understand the business requirements and turn them into technical designs and solutions as well as bridging the gap between business and technical.
Your will need to...
Have recent experience as a Senior Software Engineer or similar being at least 50% hands-on developing web service applications in an Agile environment
You have experience in coaching and managing a team which consists of a diversity team would be highly beneficial.
Be strong in at least two of these technologies: Node.js, React.js, Javascript, Ruby on Rails, Java, Kotlin, HTML and CSS
Have strong fundamentals in database systems and computing networks
In addition to the above, you must be passionate about new technologies, digital innovation, architecture design, coding, learning and partying
