Qualifications
· 1 - 2 years or more of working experience is required 
· A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, InformationTechnology or related field is required; a Master's Degree is preferred 
· Hands-on experience in MS Windows server based clustering configuration, and VMWare 
· Able to run and troubleshoot basic pc/client issues and network problems 
· Oracle database knowledge as such PL/SQL, stored procedure and backup restore 
· Basic understanding of file system and networking 
· Basic coding and scripting skills with the following languages such as Java, SQL,command line, YAML, XML, HTML, Python, and Powershell 
· Effective time management, organization and work prioritization to meet deadlines whilemaintaining excellent attention to detail 
· Self-motivated, energetic and enthusiastic personality 
· Exposure to the Pharmaceutical environment is a plus 
· Willing to travel worldwide for project assignments 
· English language skill is a must; third language is desirable 
Beneficial experience
· Profound knowledge of build system configuration and maintenance (Jenkins) is a hugeplus 
· Profound knowledge of version management software (Subversion, Git) is a plus 
· Experience in configuration of platforms such as Citrix and RDS is a plus 
· Knowledge of Hardware Availability or Disaster Recovery is a plus 
· Knowledge of Linux system is a plus Responsibilities 
· Gather customizations of MES software and build them as a new and delta installationpackage 
· Verify customer's infrastructure according to MES system requirement 
· Create and review MES software installation specification 
· Perform MES software installation and configuration both remote and at customer sitesaccording to installation specification 
· Provide MES system migration risk and impact assessment along with analysis andsolutions 
· Advise customers on infrastructure best practice of MES software 
· Support release management (major releases, patches, hot fixes) 
· Advance and maintain the release and deployment management strategy 
· Investigate client/server issues - troubleshooting (replicate/diagnose/document problems) 
· Support validation activities of MES software projects 
· Provide site based support at client locations worldwide 
· Understand basic functionality provided by MES software for the purpose of deploying it atclient locations
