Why we need you
We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to help us grow our OPN team. The OPN team will be based in Thailand and Japan, building OPN products which will be used by corporate clients around the world. These enterprise services and solutions will vary from project to project but will primarily revolve around eWallets, payment solutions, and platforms.
What you will be doing
Implement, scale, and maintain infrastructure on mainly Kubernetes clusters (EKS) on AWS.
Implement Infrastructure As Code using Terraform.
Collaborate with developers and help deploy various applications (Elixir and Golang).
Implement tooling for automated deployments of OPN applications.
Help architect and scale OPN infrastructure to ensure high reliability and availability.
Monitor logs and alerts, and make sure that infrastructure and applications meet defined SLAs and SLOs.
Ability to respond to emergencies during off-work hours
What you have
Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in DevOps related roles.
Experience working in an Agile software development team
Are able to self-manage, are quality-oriented, adaptable, well-organized, and able to understand business requirements
Good knowledge of Kubernetes internals.
Solid understanding of Amazon Web Services: Kubernetes, EKS, Networking, Security, RDS.
Networking experience in the following areas: routing, load balancing, TLS and AWS VPC.
Infrastructure As Code with Terraform.
Any continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) setup experience.
Strong English language skills (both verbal and written)
For non-Thai or work visa applicants, a bachelor's degree is required (not required for fully remote applicants)
