• At least 3 years experiences in digital marketing/advertising (digital = website, eDM, mobile, social network, search [SEO/SEM], etc)
• Extensive understanding of key digital channels (website, eDM, mobile, social
• network, search [SEO/SEM], in the areas of channels' concept and roles for marketing and on-going engagement purposes, digital channels' nature and evolution, production/development [script, coding/programming]
• Digital user and/or guru
• Basic understanding of data-driven marketing/database would be an advantage
• Strong sales ability with an understanding of drivers to achieve sales success and be able to excel when under pressure to meet targets
• Strong leadership, people management, coaching skill, good analytical skill and team oriented
• Good planning and campaign management skills, good customer interface and interpersonal skills
