คุณสมบัติ :
At least seven (7) years of experience in digital policy development and/or implementation (or closely related field)
Relevant bachelor's degree required, with a preference for a master's degree or equivalent professional experience in area related to public policy, policy and regulatory, telecommunications, legal, international development, computer science, or other relevant area to the position summary
Expertise and knowledge of digital policy issues in areas such as cybersecurity, data protection and privacy, consumer safety and rights, and emerging technology
Experience with regional-level interventions such as regional frameworks and standards.
A comprehensive understanding of the Southeast Asian economies and policy environments.
Demonstrated experience working in a multi-stakeholder environment
Experience designing and managing donor project activities, including developing and managing activity budgets (USAID project experience preferred)
Strong management, organization, and communication skills
Full professional fluency in both Thai and English, including excellent writing capabilities in English
Legally authorized to work in Thailand without the need for sponsorship
