Job Responsibilities:
• Provide product demonstrations
• Provide information on after sales services and warranties
• Take customers' orders on the telephone and in person
• Ensure that all orders are placed in the order database and delivered to the customer in a timely fashion
Job Requirements:
◾ Completed 2 years in college, must possess at least 1 year of BPO experience in a voice account, with 6 months in a technical account
OR
◾ High school graduate with at least 6 months solid BPO work experience and college undergraduate who completed less than 2 years with at least 6 months of solid BPO work experience
