We have an exciting role with a leading MNC in sportswear apparel/accessories industry!

Job Requirement
To support Omnichannel projects and operations across SEA countries
Responsible for monitoring, supporting and solving issues surrounding order flow in eCommerce, retail and marketplace online business partner program
Monitor orders in the backlog and perform necessary action to resolve the issues impacting eCommerce and other channels
Monitor order flow and successful delivery of orders in a timely manner
Support the creation, edit and archive of documentation necessary to customer service standard to improve the Knowledge Management on Vendor's side
Create reports and analyses within different systems
The Talent
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Sports Science or other related degree
At least 1-3 years of eCommerce experience, Omnichannel knowledge/experience is a plus
Prior experience working in FMCG/Retail industry
Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required
Expert level of proficiency in MS Windows, MS Office
Immediate candidates are highly preferred
