ECOMMERCE VIRTUAL ASSISTANT FOR AUSTRALIAN BUSINESS
1) Amazon Seller Central Tasks:
Respond (and remove) - feedback, reviews
Customer emails
Check- sales, BSR, add ACOS, coupons -check and record lightning deals daily
Check all listings, hi-jackers and send notices to hi-jackers until removed
Inventory management and projections
Create packing slips for shipments
Create amazon shipping plans and labels
Obtain shipping quotes from shipping companies
Amazon PPC- -download the search term report for past 30 days, find the best performing keywords by sales and ACOS. Add them to a spreadsheet for a new campaigns
Monthly accounting tasks- download remittance from online marketplace, download and collate all other invoices
FBA shipment reconciliation
Listing products on amazon, shopify, Walmart, ebay using flat files
2) Other marketplaces
Create multi channel orders -enter tracking information to shopfiy, Walmart etc -graphic design- images, social banners etc
Marketing tasks- upload videos to you tube (complete tags, description etc) and shopify & optimize them
Research keywords, create and write the add, create the image & thumbnail -research and create the right audience to sell the product
Manage the ads and optimize them for success
adds will be directed through a basic opt in funnel. Create the text and image for the landing page funnel
3) Social & Other
Social media- create posts and schedule them in buffer -keyword research
Schedule text and video blog posts on shopify -contact influences to create offers and joint ventures
Create (entire) various types of google and you tube adds to sell products
Post deals to deal sites and track progress
Create invoices in Quickbooks and send to clients
New marketplaces- sign up for accounts, list products and manage platforms
Schedule pre-written shopify blog posts
Other tasks as directed
4) Other Requirements:
Reliable
Honest
Demonstrated experience in amazon seller central tasks
Work autonomously
Must be extremely fluent in English and demonstrated past results
Must work in Brisbane time zone 10-7pm
