Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement electrical systems and components for industrial and commercial applications.
- Perform feasibility studies, cost analyses, and risk assessments for electrical engineering projects.
- Design and supervise the installation and operation of electrical equipment, including transformers, generators, motors, and lighting systems.
- Perform electrical calculations to determine power requirements, circuit loads, and sizing of electrical components.
- Develop and maintain electrical specifications and standards for quality control and assurance.
- Develop and maintain project timelines and budgets for electrical engineering projects.
- Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project completion.
- Conduct tests, inspections, and maintenance of electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Troubleshoot electrical systems, diagnose and repair problems, and implement corrective actions.
- Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in electrical engineering and incorporate them into Kallistos Co., Ltd.'s projects.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior electrical engineering staff.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience (usually a minimum of 2-5 years) in electrical engineering design, development, and implementation of industrial and commercial applications.
Strong knowledge and expertise in power systems, control systems, renewable energy, HVAC systems, and energy efficiency.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems and provide solutions.
Proficiency in using electrical engineering design software and tools.
Knowledge of PLC programming and microcontroller programming and also electrical testing procedures and equipment.
Willingness to keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in electrical engineering.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project timelines and budgets.
Knowledge of safety regulations and environmental standards related to electrical engineering projects.
