We are currently looking for dynamic individuals to fill-in the positions for Email Support Representatives.
Qualified applicants only:
Job Requirements
With at least 1-year experience in handling non-voice: email accounts.
At least 40-50 WPM
Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
Customer Service experience in the call center industry is a MUST.
Willing to work on shifting schedules and during weekends.
MUST have own equipment (laptop/desktop) and internet connection for work from the home set-up.
Understanding of how Zendesk systems work is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Email Support agent communicates with customers through email to answer questions, solve problems, and troubleshoot. Since they function on the front line of customer service, it’s important that email agents be comfortable communicating directly with customers.

Interested applicants will go through a series of interviews and written exams.
