รายละเอียดงาน
- Define targets and create machine maintenance plans in line with company policies and objectives.
- Manage received targets and budgets for machine maintenance
- Ensure optimal efficiency of all machinery.
- Develop, rectify, and improve machines and production systems to enhance efficiency and capacity according to set targets.
- Improve work processes for greater effectiveness and efficiency.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Engineering team to enhance skills and competencies.
- Manage and discipline Engineering employees to maximize their work potential.
- Plan and optimize Engineering manpower in accordance with company policy.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Male over 40 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related field.
3.Minimum of 10 years of management experience in Engineering, particularly in semi-labor-intensive environments. Experience in the MDF business is an advantage.
4. Proficiency in English and computer literacy.
5.Proactive, well-organized, with strong leadership skills.
6. Motivated, people-oriented, with a pleasant personality and good human relations.
