1. Manage the maintenance team and implement Preventive/Total Productive Maintenance (PM/TPM) to reduce equipment breakdowns.
2. Plan and monitor maintenance activities, including spare part and budget control.
3. Coordinate with production and other departments to improve equipment efficiency and reduce downtime.
4. Lead engineering projects to ensure completion within scope, time, and budget.
5. Analyze maintenance performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
6. Support general maintenance within the factory and ensure safety standards are followed.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Engineering Management role, demonstrating progressive responsibility and leadership.
Proven experience in managing engineering projects, with strong capabilities in coordination and accountability for both internal and external stakeholders.
Sound understanding of Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles.
Good command of English, both written and spoken, for effective communication across teams and with external partners.
Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams toward achieving goals.
Proficiency in using computer applications and engineering-related software.
Willingness and ability to work extra hours when necessary to meet project deadlines or address urgent issues.
