RISE is looking for an Experience Designer to build a B2B EdTech platform that will be used across South East Asia.
Experience Designer defines and guides the execution of end-users experiences that span across all channels and touchpoints including software applications, websites, services, physical products, and environments. 
You are an effective diplomat with strong communication and organisational skills who can guide decision making and alignment between clients and internal teams toward a delightful user experience while achieving business goals.

You are a strong user-centred design advocate who have deep empathy for end users, and are comfortable with ambiguity.
You are able to understand short-term and long-term impacts of design decisions on the business and experience.
You should have a consistent record of using design thinking, research, and experience strategy to solve complex business problems and delivering intuitive, well-designed digital experiences.
You have experienced working with product and software development teams, and end-to-end delivery and 
Understand and regularly practice agile software development and scrum management.
You have a point of view about the ways media and technology are shaping human behaviors and attitudes.
You're proficient with common design and prototyping tools such as Adobe suite, Sketch, Invision, Figma.
