REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledgeable in operation and maintenance of electromechanical equipment and building facilities
• Knowledgeable on implementation of policies, rules and regulations
• Has experience in space planning projects (proper management and allocation of office spaces)
• Has experience in project management (small to large-scale renovation and fit-out works)
• Has experience in Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery activities
• Technically equipped.
• Systematic and organized.
• Attentive to details.
• Knowledgeable in Energy Conservation Scheme
• Knowledgeable in manpower supervision
• Has good planning skills
• Must be attentive to details
• Understanding safety, security standards and procedures.
• Understanding fire safety standards.
• Systematic and organized.
• Proactive and responsive.
• Attentive to details.
Other Requirements
• 2 years experience in Facilities Management.
• 1 yr experience in Material Management
• Knowledgeable in Security Management.
• 1 yr experience in Construction Management.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office and AutoCAD applications
