Hi, our client, a fast growing organisation in the ecommerce industry is looking for a Facilities Executive to manage the warehouse!

The Opportunity:
Opportunity to work in the real estate industry
Location: Central
Mon - Fri: 9.00am - 6.00pm
The Talent:
Minimum Diploma in Facilities Management or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Proficient in Microsoft Suite
Job Description:
Responsible for day to day maintenance of the warehouse property by conducting routine / preventive maintenance for the property.
Manage and maintain the M&E Systems of the property
Manage & liaise with vendors on office equipment, facilities and security matters
Liaise and supervise contractors to maintain the condition of the property
Investigate on any faults and determine the cause to avoid any occurrence in the future
Oversee renovation works
Source for quotations to carry out maintenance works, evaluate and submit recommendation for approval.
Conduct fire safety management based on SCDF's requirements
Other ad hoc duties as assigned
