Facilities Maintenance Supervisor - Laguna Responsibilities: Serves as the alter-ego of the Maintenance Head in managing and directing the company's maintenance engineering which is responsible for the ensuring that all facilities are in good operational conditions and keeping high quality products of the company by performing the duties and responsibilities; Responsible for the facilities operations and preventive maintenance of equipments such as: Electrical Power Substation 34.5 KVA; Chiller and Chilled Water System; Compressors and Plant Compressed Air Line, Finished Product and Material Conveying System, Plant Ventilation System; Responsible for the processing of application required by the Government Regulatory Agency for clearance and permit requirements. Preparation of documents such as Self Monitoring Report (SMR), and Compliance Monitoring Report (CMR) Serve as Safety Officer of the company Qualifications: Male, 26-36 years of age Must be Registered Electrical Engineer With at least 2 years extensive supervisory level work experience in Facility Maintenance in manufacturing set up Knowledgeable in Electrical power sub-station preferably primary metering system of 34.5 KVA, chiller and chilled water system, air compressor and other facility equipment Knowledgeable in Industrial Electricity such as motor controls, frequency inverters and PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) Knowledge in DC Drive and Industrial Electrical Diagram is an advantage Keen with details and can work under pressure Send resume at [Protected Info]ate the position you are applying for in the subject field to be prioritized.
