Job Summary:
The Fertigation Technician will be responsible for managing and maintaining the fertigation systems within our commercial cannabis greenhouse. This role requires a detailed understanding of automated fertigation systems, pH and EC monitoring, and general horticulture practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture or horticulture, with at least two years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain automated fertigation systems to ensure optimal nutrient delivery to plants.
- Monitor and adjust pH and EC levels in the nutrient solutions to meet the specific needs of cannabis plants.
- Prepare and mix nutrient solutions for stock tanks according to specified formulas and protocols.
- Monitor and manage drainage systems to ensure proper runoff.
- Monitor and adjust pH and EC levels of the infeed solution, comparing them with target ranges to ensure optimal nutrient delivery to plants.
- Perform routine checks and maintenance on fertigation equipment to ensure proper functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the fertigation systems promptly.
- Assist in developing and implementing fertigation schedules and protocols.
- Collaborate with the cultivation team to ensure plants receive appropriate nutrition at different growth stages.
- Maintain accurate records of fertigation activities, including nutrient solution compositions, application rates, and system maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements related to fertigation processes.
- Clean the fertigation room, stock tanks, and fertigation equipment regularly to maintain hygiene and system efficiency.
- Calibrate sensors and meters used in the fertigation system to ensure accurate readings and optimal performance.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry best practices and technological advancements.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- ไม่จํากัดเพศ วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีหรือคุณวุฒิสาขาเกษตรกรรม พืชสวน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์การทํางานกับระบบการให้ปุ๋ยเป็นอย่างดี
- มีความเข้าใจคําศัพท์และแนวคิดเกี่ยวกับการให้ปุ๋ย รวมถึง pH และ EC เป็นอย่างดี
- มีประสบการณ์การทํางานด้านการเกษตรเชิงพาณิชย์
- มีประสบการณ์ทํางานด้านการเกษตรหรือพืชสวนอย่างน้อย 2 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านระบบไฮโดรโปนิกส์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความเต็มใจที่จะทํางานแบบยืดหยุ่นในเวลารวมทั้งวันหยุดสุดสัปดาห์และวันหยุดตามความจําเป็น
- ทักษะการสื่อสารและการจัดองค์กรที่แข็งแกร่ง
- มีทักษะการแก้ปัญหาดีเยี่ยม และใส่ใจในรายละเอียด
