Benefits and Policies Salary Adjustment after Probation: Salary will be adjusted based on performance after the probation period. Attendance Bonus: Starting from 300 THB up to a maximum of 1,000 THB (applicable to production staff). Company Uniform: Provided for certain positions. Annual Health Check-up. Special Allowances: Financial support for marriage, funeral (parents, children), and ordination ceremonies. Leave Entitlements: Leave for marriage, funeral arrangements, ordination, and other types of leave as per labor law. Annual Party: Including prize giveaways.
