Job Description
• Prepare financials for management and other stakeholders
• Participate in annual budget process
• Perform variance analysis of actual results against budget and forecast
• Perform cost analysis and recommended process improvements for cost effectiveness
• Reviews and recommends enhancements to financial reports and finance processes as needed
• Perform audit and prepare audit reports with recommendations
• Monitor and report legal and tax compliance of entities
• Perform ad hoc reports and analysis as required
Qualifications
• Graduate of Accountancy, CPA a must
• At least 3 years of solid experience in financial planning and analysis gained from a manufacturing company with background in accounting, tax and audit
• Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills. Responsive to challenges and capable of developing solutions to complex business issues
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, create dashboards or visualization reports and communicate complex accounting, financial and business performance information in understandable and accessible formats to audiences at all organizational levels
• Outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal skills to communicate information clearly across functions
• Advanced Excel user and proficient in Word and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Mandarin speaking a plus
