Description
Provides information for the company's products and services and resolve complaints
Troubleshoots and uses support tools to provide quality customer service.
Escalates second-level concerns issues to the Team Leader to ensure accurate and immediate solutions are provided to customers
Take your initial and final interviews over the phone!
Basic Qualifications:
- At least 18 years old above
- At least High School Graduate
-With or Without experience
- Amenable to work on shifting schedules
- Excellent English Communicative Skills (Written & Oral)
- Able to type 25- 30 words per minute
-Computer Literate
-Can start ASAP

-Internet Connection
