Responsibility:
• Manage, Operate and Customer services as per assignment by Manager
• Operations escalation focal- day to day operations for Air & Sea shipment both import and export
• Drive continuous improvement and cost savings initiatives
• Manage and maintain relationship with local suppliers both local and overseas
• Responsible for Freight (FAK) procurement process to get competitive rate and cost efficiency
• Resolve disputes related to invoicing, collections
• Manage profit and loss individual job files and comment
• Scheduling & Operating worldwide import/export shipments.
• Preparing BL/AWB and issuing associate documents.
• Corresponding with customers and vendors worldwide.
• Providing client statistics.
• Maintaining good customer relationships and helping to solve any problems.
• Managing and implementing department goals and quality guidelines.
• Managing & operating by target KPIs
• Submit report to management
Job Requirement:
Logistics/Freight Forwarding.
• Experienced of Cross-Border Logistics is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of AMS/IFS filing, import-export declarations, LC negotiation, all trading document is an advantage.
• DGR/Basic Cargo/Customs Brokerage certified will be an advantage
• Knowledge/Familiar with Customs Regulations/Thailand Government Permit such as FDA, TISI and etc.
• Strong problem solving skills, solution and decision making
• Team player with a proactive work attitude
• Strong command of English
• Able to work under pressure
• Good knowledge of the MS Office
