JOB DESCRIPTION
Conceptualize, produce, and execute brand design, content creation and visual solutions to the communication need of the company.
Design & layout graphic and content for use in presentations, multimedia programs, web sites, emails and social media according to brand guidelines and standard procedures.
Create promotional assets such as posters and banners for events held by the company.
Meet with the team and with clients to gain an understanding of what they want their proposed communications to look like. Create or incorporate illustrations, pictures, and designs to reflect the desired theme and tone of the communications.
Select type size and style to enhance the readability of text and image.
Produce drafts for review by clients or management and make revisions based on the feedback received.
Willing to work in Diliman, Quezon City office as needed (2 to 3 times a week). Other days can be on a work from home set-up.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Multimedia design, art or graphic design college graduate.
At least 2 years of experience in the creative industry.
Has thorough knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Lightroom.
Good eye for design, layout, and detail.
Imagination and creativity.
Organized, analytical, has good time management.
Higher level design thinking and critical thinking.
Can think outside the box and can work with minimal supervision.
Has problem-solving, multitasking and communication skills.
